27 Inch QHD 240 hz Gaming monitor with built in

QHD (1440p) 240 hz Gaming monitor. ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. This is a brand new monitor, however there appears to be a defect (pictured below). It could be a very simple fix. Sometimes it goes away and the image is clear. not sure what the problem is. Has speakers built into it
